Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented KYC Analyst to join our growing team at RailYatri. The KYC Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements by verifying customer identities and assessing potential risks. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and security of our platform and services, especially as we expand our offerings within the Indian Railways sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on new and existing users in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Verify customer identification documents (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, Passport) for authenticity and accuracy.
- Analyze and assess customer information to identify potential risks, fraud, or money laundering activities.
- Perform due diligence on customers, including background checks and data verification.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all KYC activities and customer documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Operations) to resolve escalated KYC issues.
- Stay informed about evolving KYC regulations and best practices in the Indian financial and travel tech sectors.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new KYC procedures and tools.
- Generate reports on KYC compliance status and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely processing of KYC verifications to facilitate seamless user onboarding.
