Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented KYC Analyst to join our Compliance team. The KYC Analyst will be responsible for conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence on new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role is crucial in mitigating financial crime risks and maintaining the integrity of our operations within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive KYC checks on individuals and entities, including identity verification, background checks, and risk assessments.
- Review and analyze customer documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and escalate suspicious activities or transactions to the relevant internal departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date KYC records and documentation.
- Stay informed about evolving KYC regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, and relevant industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure effective implementation of KYC policies and procedures.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to KYC compliance.
- Conduct periodic reviews of existing customer accounts to ensure ongoing compliance.
