Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented KYC Analyst to join our growing team. The KYC Analyst will be responsible for performing Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for our patients and partners within the healthcare services sector. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and security of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on new and existing patients and business partners.
• Verify the identity and supporting documents of individuals and entities against established procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze customer information and risk profiles to identify potential red flags and suspicious activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all KYC/CDD activities and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, compliance, operations) to resolve KYC-related issues and ensure adherence to policies.
• Stay informed about relevant regulatory changes and industry best practices related to KYC and anti-money laundering (AML).
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on KYC compliance status.
