KYC Analyst - Full-Time Role (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented KYC Analyst to join our growing team in Noida. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the integrity of our customer onboarding process. As a KYC Analyst, you will play a vital role in verifying customer identities and assessing potential risks, contributing directly to the trust and security of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on new and existing customers.

Verify customer identity documents (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, Passport) against established standards.

Analyze customer information and documentation to identify any red flags or suspicious activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of KYC checks and customer due diligence.

Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior management for further review.

Assist in the development and implementation of KYC policies and procedures.

Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
