Lab Technician

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our Quality Control department. The Lab Technician will be responsible for conducting various tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet stringent quality standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and performance of our packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine laboratory tests and experiments on packaging materials (films, inks, adhesives, etc.) as per established protocols.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and proper functioning.
- Record and analyze test data accurately, preparing detailed reports of findings.
- Identify and report any deviations from quality specifications to the senior chemist or supervisor.
- Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Manage inventory of lab consumables and chemicals.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to troubleshoot quality issues.
