Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Land Surveyor with a unique background in M.Pharma to join our team in Mumbai. This role will involve conducting comprehensive land surveys for our diverse hospitality and infrastructure projects within the travel and tourism sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their scientific understanding and meticulous approach to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting, contributing to the strategic planning and development of our properties and operational sites across India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute detailed land surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topographic features, and spatial relationships.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive survey reports, maps, and plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, planning, construction) and external stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Apply principles of pharmaceutical sciences and analytical chemistry to understand material properties and environmental factors relevant to site selection and development.
- Conduct site assessments to identify potential environmental concerns, geological conditions, and infrastructure requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of all survey activities, including field notes, calculations, and final reports.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all collected data, employing rigorous quality control measures.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in surveying technology and methodologies, as well as relevant regulations in the Indian context.
