Land Surveyor

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys to define boundaries, identify features, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations for our gaming infrastructure projects in India. This role requires a strong understanding of surveying principles, advanced technology, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction surveys.
• Utilizing advanced surveying equipment such as GPS, Total Stations, and LiDAR scanners.
• Analyzing survey data and preparing detailed maps, plats, and reports.
• Ensuring accuracy and precision in all measurements and calculations.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and construction teams.
• Researching historical land records and legal descriptions.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Staying updated with the latest surveying technologies and methodologies.
