Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting accurate land surveys, preparing survey reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This role is crucial for supporting our clients' infrastructure and development projects within the BPM sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct boundary, topographic, and construction surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
- Analyze survey data, perform calculations, and prepare detailed survey maps, plans, and reports.
- Interpret legal descriptions, deeds, and existing survey records.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all measurements and data recording.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to define project requirements.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Research historical records and property titles.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior surveyors or field crews.
