Landscape Architect

Role Summary:
Bharti Airtel is seeking a creative and experienced Landscape Architect to design, plan, and oversee the implementation of aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces for our corporate campuses and facilities across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating sustainable and visually appealing environments that enhance the overall employee experience and align with the company's brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs, master plans, and detailed drawings for landscape projects, including green spaces, recreational areas, and outdoor workspaces.
- Conduct site analysis to assess soil conditions, topography, climate, and existing vegetation.
- Select appropriate plant species, materials, and hardscape elements considering local environmental factors and maintenance requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates, specifications, and tender documents for landscape construction.
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors, horticulturalists, and other consultants during the construction and implementation phases.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company sustainability policies.
- Develop maintenance plans and schedules for existing and new landscape installations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including facilities management, HR, and corporate communications, to ensure landscape designs meet functional and aesthetic objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in landscape architecture and sustainable design practices.
