Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and experienced Landscape Architect to design and oversee the development of aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces for our corporate facilities. The ideal candidate will integrate sustainable design principles with the company's brand identity and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual landscape designs, master plans, and detailed construction drawings.
- Select appropriate plant materials, hardscape elements, and site furnishings considering local climate and soil conditions.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of landscape designs with building structures and infrastructure.
- Prepare cost estimates, specifications, and tender documents for landscape projects.
- Oversee construction and installation phases, ensuring adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Conduct site analysis and environmental impact assessments.
- Develop and implement landscape maintenance plans.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and sustainable practices in landscape architecture.
