Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and creative Landscape Architect to join our team at JNPT, Thane. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for designing and managing green spaces, particularly within a large-scale industrial and port environment. You will contribute to enhancing the aesthetics and environmental sustainability of our port facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of landscape plans for various areas within the port, adhering to environmental regulations and aesthetic standards.
Prepare horticultural plans, including plant selection, irrigation systems, and maintenance schedules.
Conduct site analysis and surveys to assess existing conditions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with engineers, urban planners, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape designs into broader development projects.
Develop graphical representations, including site plans, elevations, and renderings using design software.
Participate in site visits to supervise landscape implementation and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Research and propose sustainable landscape practices, including water-wise irrigation, native planting, and biodiversity enhancement.
