Landscape Architect - B.Tech/B.E. Professionals (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Architect with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of aesthetically pleasing and functional landscape projects within our industrial and corporate premises. This role requires a strong understanding of horticultural principles, design software, and project management, with a focus on sustainable and integrated landscape solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present comprehensive landscape design concepts, master plans, and planting schemes for various projects, including green belts, recreational areas, and external development around industrial facilities.

Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape construction and maintenance.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of landscape designs with overall project objectives.

Oversee the implementation and construction of landscape projects, ensuring adherence to design standards, timelines, and budgets.

Conduct site analysis, soil testing, and horticultural assessments to inform design decisions.

Select appropriate plant species, materials, and features considering local climate, environmental factors, and aesthetic goals.

Manage and supervise site teams, contractors, and vendors involved in landscape development and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and promote sustainable landscape practices.
