Landscape Architect role in Real Estate

DLF Limited is seeking a talented Landscape Architect with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is crucial in conceptualizing and executing aesthetically pleasing and functional landscape designs for our prestigious real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative landscape designs for residential, commercial, and integrated township projects, aligning with project aesthetics and functional requirements.
- Prepare detailed landscape plans, planting schemes, irrigation layouts, and hardscape designs using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Collaborate closely with architects, urban planners, engineers, and project managers to integrate landscape designs seamlessly into the overall project development.
- Conduct site analysis, research plant materials suitable for the Indian climate, and specify appropriate construction methods.
- Oversee the implementation of landscape designs, ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications during the construction phase.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships for landscape-related works.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in landscape architecture, sustainable design practices, and relevant Indian building codes and regulations.
