We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Language Teacher - Other with 2-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering language training programs to enhance communication skills within our organization, focusing on business and technical contexts relevant to the agrochemical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive language training curricula tailored to the needs of employees in the agrochemical sector.
Conduct engaging and effective language classes, focusing on business communication, technical terminology, and cross-cultural understanding.
Assess learner progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises.
Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
