Laundry Manager / Supervisor (Diploma Required) - Bhubaneshwar

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Laundry Manager / Supervisor to oversee all laundry operations at our esteemed property in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience and a Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in the laundry department, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the hotel laundry, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of all guest and staff laundry.

Ensure all linen and uniforms are cleaned, pressed, and maintained to the highest quality standards.

Manage inventory of laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage.

Train, motivate, and supervise laundry staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Implement and enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures within the laundry department.

Maintain and troubleshoot laundry equipment, coordinating repairs as needed.

Develop and implement efficient laundry processes to optimize turnaround time and minimize wastage.

Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure timely delivery of laundry services.

Keep accurate records of laundry output, supply consumption, and staff attendance.
