Laundry Manager / Supervisor - Hyderabad

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laundry Manager / Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to oversee and manage laundry operations at our facility in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and demonstrate strong leadership, operational efficiency, and quality control skills. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our laundry services, meeting high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of garments and fabrics.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and hygiene protocols throughout the laundry process.

Manage and train laundry staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and chemicals, ensuring timely procurement.

Operate and maintain laundry machinery, troubleshooting minor issues and coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs.

Implement and improve operational procedures for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Report on operational metrics, including productivity, costs, and quality.
