Laundry Manager / Supervisor - Petrochemical / Plastics / Rubber (1-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laundry Manager / Supervisor to oversee and manage laundry operations within our facility. This role is crucial for maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring the efficient processing of workwear and other fabric items. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding.

Ensure all workwear and textiles are cleaned, maintained, and returned to employees promptly.

Implement and enforce strict hygiene and safety protocols within the laundry area.

Manage inventory of laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment, and place orders as needed.

Train and supervise laundry staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task delegation.

Maintain laundry equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate repairs when necessary.

Keep accurate records of laundry processed, supplies used, and staff performance.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, and contribute to process improvements.
