Laundry Operations Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Laundry Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our laundry facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and high-quality processing of laundry services, contributing to the smooth functioning of our FMCG operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laundry processes, equipment, and quality control measures, with a focus on operational excellence and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of laundry staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
* Ensure all laundry processes, from washing and drying to folding and packaging, are carried out efficiently and to high-quality standards.
* Operate and maintain laundry machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and reporting any maintenance needs.
* Implement and enforce safety procedures and hygiene standards within the laundry facility.
* Monitor inventory of laundry supplies and chemicals, and manage reordering as needed.
* Train new staff on laundry procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
* Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues that may arise during the laundry process.
* Conduct quality checks on finished laundry to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
* Maintain accurate records of production, machine downtime, and supply usage.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and meet operational demands.
