Laundry Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Laundry Supervisor to oversee the operations of our laundry facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, high-quality laundry services for our employees and facilities, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards. This role is crucial for maintaining the comfort and well-being of our workforce within the NTPC campus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of uniforms and linens.
- Ensure all laundry equipment is maintained in good working order and report any malfunctions promptly.
- Implement and enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols in the laundry area.
- Manage inventory of laundry supplies, chemicals, and detergents, and ensure timely procurement.
- Train and supervise laundry staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Maintain records of laundry output, equipment maintenance, and staff schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to laundry services.
- Optimize laundry processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental and safety regulations.
