Layout Engineer (0-2 Yrs) | Chennai

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Layout Engineer with a passion for live events to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is ideal for an M.Pharma graduate looking to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills in a unique and fast-paced industry. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing the spatial arrangement of event venues, ensuring efficient flow of attendees, and maximizing the impact of stage setups and exhibitor booths. Your contributions will be crucial in creating safe, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing event environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed floor plans and site layouts for various event types, considering capacity, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to translate design concepts into practical spatial arrangements.
- Optimize the placement of stages, seating, exhibition booths, F&B outlets, and other event infrastructure.
- Conduct site visits to assess venue suitability and identify potential layout challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and accessibility standards in layout designs.
- Prepare and present layout proposals to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all layout plans and site modifications.
- Assist in the coordination of on-site setup and dismantle processes related to spatial arrangements.
