Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Layout Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Layout Engineer will be responsible for the precise planning, design, and execution of site layouts for various infrastructure projects, ensuring optimal utilization of space, compliance with design specifications, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, surveying techniques, and construction methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and interpret detailed site layout plans based on project requirements and design drawings.
- Conduct site surveys and measurements to verify existing conditions and establish control points.
- Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) for creating and modifying layout drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of layouts.
- Perform quantity take-offs and material estimations related to site preparation and layout elements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to site layout and progress.
