Lead Captain / Restaurant Supervisor - Healthcare & Life Sciences Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Captain / Restaurant Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience, ideally holding an M.Pharma degree, to oversee and manage our food and beverage services within a healthcare and life sciences setting in Pune. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service standards, adherence to hygiene protocols, and efficient team management, contributing to a positive patient and staff experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant/cafeteria, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Manage and train a team of service staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Implement and enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in line with healthcare regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and waste reduction.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant health and safety legislation.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
