We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual with 3-4 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our team as a Lead Energy & Mining - Other. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing and optimizing operational efficiencies within the travel and tourism sector, with a focus on areas that intersect with energy and mining-related data and processes. You will leverage your technical expertise to drive data-informed decisions and contribute to the strategic growth of MakeMyTrip.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities related to operational costs and resource utilization within the travel and tourism ecosystem, drawing parallels to energy and mining sector efficiencies.

Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve operational performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

Utilize MCA-level skills in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and database management to build and maintain analytical tools and reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and business development, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics, energy management, and resource optimization.

Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
