Lead Generation / Qualification - Facility Management Services (1-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation / Qualification professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing Facility Management Services team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM and a keen understanding of the Indian corporate landscape. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline for our facility management solutions. This role requires excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target segments within the facility management services industry in India.
- Utilize various channels (online databases, professional networks, industry events) to generate new business leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to assess their needs and fit with our service offerings.
- Gather essential information about prospective clients, including company size, industry, pain points, and decision-making authority.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide them with relevant prospect information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation and qualification activities in the CRM system.
- Develop and refine lead qualification criteria and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
