Lead Generation / Qualification Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation / Qualification Specialist to join our dynamic team at Reliance Industries Limited. This role is crucial for identifying and qualifying potential leads within the petrochemical and plastics industry in India, contributing directly to our sales pipeline growth. You will be responsible for researching and engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are a good fit for our product and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential leads within the petrochemical, plastics, and rubber sectors in India through various channels including online databases, industry publications, trade shows, and networking.

Utilize CRM software to manage lead data, track interactions, and maintain an organized database of prospects.

Conduct initial outreach to potential leads via phone, email, and social media to gauge interest and qualify their needs.

Understand customer pain points and requirements, and effectively communicate how Reliance Industries' solutions can address them.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and provide relevant background information.

Develop and refine lead qualification criteria and processes.

Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor information within the Indian petrochemical and plastics landscape.
