Lead Head - C & B - Software Product Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head - C & B with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal background (LLB) to contribute to our compensation and benefits strategies within the software product industry. This role will involve supporting the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with our business objectives and attract/retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and administration of compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive plans.
- Support the design and implementation of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory benefits.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking exercises to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India, particularly those pertaining to compensation and employee benefits.
- Prepare reports and analyses related to compensation and benefits data for management review.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to address employee queries and concerns related to compensation and benefits.
- Support the annual salary review and bonus process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compensation and benefits information.
- Assist in the communication of compensation and benefits programs to employees.
