Lead Head - HRBP - Retail Sector (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head - HRBP with 1-2 years of experience, preferably with an M.Pharma background, to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role is crucial in supporting our HR Business Partnering initiatives within the retail pharmacy sector. You will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering employee engagement, and driving talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Business Partner in developing and implementing HR strategies tailored to the retail pharmacy operations.
- Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations for store-level staff and corporate teams.
- Contribute to performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and support in resolving employee grievances.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to the HRBP and leadership team for informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Leverage understanding of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare retail landscape to provide contextually relevant HR support.
- Assist in developing and delivering HR training programs.
