Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head - Program Management with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing various programs within our accounting and auditing divisions, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of program management principles and a solid foundation in accounting, evidenced by a B.Com degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of programs across the accounting and auditing departments.
Track program milestones and deliverables, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution.
Prepare regular program status reports for senior management.
Support in budget tracking and resource allocation for assigned programs.
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
