Lead Line Leader / Supervisor - Urban Transport Sector (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Line Leader / Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Nasik. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards within our urban transport services. You will play a crucial part in managing our on-ground teams and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the operations team, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies by all team members.
• Train and mentor new team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage resources effectively, including manpower and equipment, to meet operational demands.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless service.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on operational performance and submit them to management.
