Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Nursing - Other with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to oversee and manage nursing-related services within our facility management operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of patient care and contribute to the efficient functioning of healthcare support services within client facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff and other healthcare support personnel.
Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
Develop and implement care plans, ensuring quality patient care and safety.
Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
Liaise with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of nursing services and facility management protocols.
