Lead Other Program / Project Management - Other - Healthcare & Life Sciences Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM and a passion for driving complex projects within the healthcare and life sciences domain. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful completion of various strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for assigned initiatives, from initiation to closure.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, marketing, and clinical services, to ensure project success.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Conduct post-project reviews and identify lessons learned for future projects.
