Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Principal with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Pharma degree and have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sciences and their application in public health and administrative systems. This role involves contributing to the strategic planning and execution of projects within the government and public administration sector, leveraging pharmaceutical expertise to drive impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the research, development, and implementation of pharmaceutical-related policies and programs within public administration frameworks.
- Analyze and interpret complex data related to drug efficacy, safety, and public health trends to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including government officials, researchers, and IT professionals, to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and present technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and standards in pharmaceutical and public health initiatives.
- Assist in the evaluation of new technologies and methodologies relevant to the pharmaceutical domain within e-governance and public sector projects.
- Participate in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned tasks.
