Lead Team Lead / Network Manager - Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate Sector (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Team Lead / Network Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and have a strong understanding of network infrastructure within the Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate sectors. This role involves leading a small team and ensuring the smooth operation and security of our network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of network technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.

- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reliability.

- Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect against threats and ensure data integrity.

- Troubleshoot network issues, diagnose problems, and implement timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to plan and implement network upgrades and expansions.

- Maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and inventory.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
