We are seeking a talented and driven Technical Lead with a Master's degree (M.Tech) and 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing technical aspects of architectural and interior design projects, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to design intent. You will mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to bring innovative concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical design and detailing for architectural and interior design projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.
Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
Mentor and guide junior technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of all technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and best practices in the architecture and interior design industry.
