Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for executive and senior-level roles.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential candidates and understand competitive talent landscapes.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship building.
