Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leadership Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for senior-level positions within our architecture and interior design firm. This role requires a strategic approach to talent acquisition, a deep understanding of the industry, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for leadership roles, aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential candidates and understand talent trends within the architecture and interior design sectors.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including professional networks, industry events, and direct outreach.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate screening and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their talent needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and report on progress.
