Leadership Recruiter

Role Summary:
As a Leadership Recruiter at Raymond Limited, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for senior and executive-level positions across various functions within the organization. This role requires a strategic approach to talent acquisition, a deep understanding of the textile and apparel industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for leadership roles, aligning with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify potential candidates and talent pools.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future leadership needs.
- Partner closely with senior hiring managers and HR business partners to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational culture.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring managers and leadership.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
