Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leadership Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Qyuki. This role will be critical in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for senior and executive positions across our rapidly growing entertainment and digital media landscape. You will partner closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and build robust talent pipelines for key roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for leadership roles within the entertainment and digital media sectors.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive intelligence to identify potential candidates and understand talent trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates, industry leaders, and key influencers.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive searches, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements, develop interview processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Advise leadership on market compensation, talent availability, and best practices in executive recruitment.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
