Leadership Recruiter

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Leadership Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent for critical leadership positions within our organization, focusing on the agrochemical sector. This role requires a strategic approach to talent acquisition, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for senior-level roles across various functions within the agrochemical business.

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify potential talent pools and emerging leaders.

Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including executive search firms, professional networks, social media, and industry events, to identify passive and active candidates.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific leadership needs and build robust candidate profiles.

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber talent.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices in talent acquisition, and relevant legal requirements.
