Leadership Trainer

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leadership Trainer to design and deliver impactful leadership development programs for our employees across various levels within Jindal Steel & Power Limited. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence, aligning with our organizational goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive leadership training curricula tailored to the needs of different employee segments.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars on topics such as strategic thinking, team building, communication, change management, and emotional intelligence.
• Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of programs through feedback, performance metrics, and post-training follow-ups.
• Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to identify high-potential employees and design personalized development plans.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and adult learning methodologies.
• Mentor and coach emerging leaders to enhance their capabilities and performance.
• Facilitate group discussions and activities to promote knowledge sharing and problem-solving.
