Role Summary:
NPCI is seeking an experienced and dynamic Leadership Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs focused on developing leadership capabilities within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of leadership principles and their application in the public sector and financial technology domain. This role will be crucial in nurturing future leaders and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess leadership development needs across various departments and levels within NPCI.
• Design and develop comprehensive leadership training curricula, workshops, and materials tailored to NPCI's strategic objectives and organizational culture.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to diverse employee groups.
• Utilize a variety of training methodologies, including case studies, simulations, role-playing, and group discussions, to facilitate learning.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to emerging leaders to support their growth and development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and adult learning.
• Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to align leadership training with talent management strategies.
