Role Summary:
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Leadership Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs for its employees across various levels. The ideal candidate will foster leadership development, enhance team effectiveness, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the Defence & Aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess leadership development needs and design comprehensive training curricula tailored to HAL's strategic objectives.
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on topics such as strategic thinking, decision-making, team building, change management, and performance coaching.
- Facilitate workshops, simulations, and experiential learning activities to promote practical application of leadership skills.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach emerging leaders, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and corporate training.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communication.
