Leadership Trainer - Corporate (Delhi)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leadership Trainer to join our corporate training team in Delhi. This role is crucial in developing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance leadership capabilities across all levels of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of leadership principles and adult learning methodologies, with a proven ability to design and facilitate engaging training sessions. This position is suitable for an individual with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive leadership training modules tailored to the specific needs of the urban transport sector and our organization.
- Facilitate interactive workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions for employees at various levels, focusing on leadership competencies such as strategic thinking, decision-making, team building, and change management.
- Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and incorporate them into training content.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
