Leadership Trainer - Oil & Gas (0-1 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and aspiring Leadership Trainer to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. This role is designed for recent postgraduate individuals eager to kickstart their career in corporate training within the Oil & Gas sector. You will assist in developing and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities across various levels of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior trainers in designing and developing training materials, presentations, and workshops focused on leadership skills.
- Co-facilitate training sessions for junior and mid-level employees, observing and learning effective training methodologies.
- Support the administration of training programs, including scheduling, participant tracking, and feedback collection.
- Conduct research on emerging leadership trends and best practices relevant to the Oil & Gas industry.
- Help in evaluating training effectiveness through surveys and feedback analysis.
- Contribute to the creation of e-learning modules and digital training content.
- Provide logistical support for training events and workshops.
- Learn and apply adult learning principles in training design and delivery.
- Engage with employees to understand their training needs and development goals.
