Legal Administration (12th Pass Required) - Nasik

We are seeking a diligent and organized Legal Administration professional to join our team in Nasik. This role is crucial in supporting our legal department's day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a 12th Pass education, with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing legal documentation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, agreements, and other legal papers.

Maintain and update legal databases, filing systems, and records with accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel to gather information and facilitate communication.

Schedule and organize meetings, manage calendars, and prepare agendas and minutes for legal discussions.

Handle correspondence, both incoming and outgoing, in a professional and timely manner.

Support the legal team with research and preparation of legal documents as required.
