Legal Analyst - Arbitration & Litigation

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and analytical Legal Analyst to join our Dispute Resolution team. This role will focus on supporting arbitration and litigation processes for our corporate clients, ensuring compliance and effective case management within the Indian legal framework. You will be instrumental in gathering evidence, preparing documentation, and liaising with legal counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents for arbitration proceedings and court cases.
• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, case laws, and regulations pertaining to commercial disputes, arbitration, and criminal matters.
• Gather, organize, and analyze evidence, exhibits, and supporting documentation for ongoing cases.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and clients to ensure smooth case progression.
• Monitor case timelines, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
• Draft routine legal correspondence, notices, and affidavits under supervision.
• Support senior legal team members in case strategy development and execution.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and legal databases.
