Legal Counsel - Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Counsel to manage and oversee all arbitration and dispute resolution matters for Cult.fit. This role will be crucial in protecting the company's interests and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations within the Indian legal framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial arbitration and civil litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and conduct arbitration proceedings, including drafting notices, pleadings, and submissions.
• Represent the company in arbitration hearings and mediations.
• Advise on dispute resolution strategies and risk mitigation.
• Liaise with external counsel and manage litigation portfolios.
• Review and draft contracts with a focus on dispute resolution clauses.
• Ensure compliance with Indian arbitration laws and regulations.
• Provide legal opinions and support to business teams on contractual and dispute-related matters.
