Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Legal Counsel to manage and resolve arbitration and other dispute resolution matters for Delhivery. This role will be instrumental in safeguarding the company's interests and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations within the Indian context. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial law, arbitration proceedings, and dispute resolution strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all arbitration proceedings, both domestic and international, involving Delhivery.
Develop and implement effective dispute resolution strategies.
Liaise with external legal counsel, arbitrators, and relevant authorities.
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on complex legal issues related to disputes.
Draft and review legal documents, including arbitration agreements, notices, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
Advise business teams on potential legal risks and mitigation strategies.
Represent the company in mediations and other alternative dispute resolution forums.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing dispute resolution in India.
Maintain accurate records of all dispute resolution matters.
