Legal Counsel - Hardware & Networking

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team at Wipro Limited, focusing on our extensive Hardware & Networking business operations in India. This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and guidance on a wide range of matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks associated with our hardware and networking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, partnership agreements, and licensing agreements related to hardware and networking solutions.
- Advise on intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark, and copyright protection for hardware and networking innovations.
- Provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and telecommunications regulations relevant to the hardware and networking sector in India.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes, litigation, and claims, working closely with external counsel when necessary.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging legal trends and their impact on the hardware and networking industry.
- Support M&A activities, due diligence, and integration processes for hardware and networking-related acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with business units to identify and manage legal risks proactively.
