Legal Counsel - Professional Responsibility & Compliance

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to oversee and manage legal malpractice risks and ensure adherence to professional responsibility standards within our manufacturing and production operations. This role is critical in safeguarding the company's reputation and mitigating potential legal liabilities arising from our diverse business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent legal malpractice and ensure compliance with professional ethics and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments related to professional conduct and potential malpractice claims within the manufacturing and production divisions.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to management and employees on matters of professional responsibility, ethical conduct, and potential conflicts of interest.
• Investigate and respond to allegations of professional misconduct or malpractice, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed.
• Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution related to professional liability claims.
• Stay abreast of evolving legal and regulatory landscapes impacting professional responsibility in the manufacturing sector in India.
• Develop and deliver training programs to employees on legal ethics, professional conduct, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all legal documentation and contracts align with professional standards and minimize liability exposure.
